With extensive experience, Adrian Toscano offers his clients a smooth experience when buying or selling a property. Adrian has a lot of knowledge, wisely advising his clients on current market conditions, closing of the transaction, and meeting all the requirements while minimizing taxes. Adrian was one of the founders of Sotheby's Realty in San Miguel and Querétaro. He and his husband, Larry Stebbins acquired the Master Franchise rights in February 2012 for the states of Guanajuato and Querétaro. The opening of the Sotheby's Realty office that year was a total success. The impact on the community was well received and truly changed the way real estate was handled in San Miguel. Adrian knows the San Miguel market very well, from the value per square meter in the historic center of San Miguel to how much a hectare sells in the countryside. Additionally, Adrian has had the pleasure and hands-on experience of renovating 15 properties, from a 350-year-old house to building new homes from the ground up. Adrian has formed valuable relationships with Municipal officials, tradesmen, and legal resources. These relationships are of tremendous benefit to his clients in obtaining the appropriate permits for renovation or construction. Adrian likes chic designer quality properties; he is known for representing stylish, sophisticated, and avant-garde houses. He listens to his clients and knows what their taste requires.

I was born in a small town near Punta Mita (Puerto Vallarta) and watched the development of one of the world’s most luxurious locations. On my journey of independence, I moved to Guadalajara and completed high school, these were some of the happiest years of my life. Living in Guadalajara I realized that I needed to grow and experience more than my own culture. I decided to relocate to the U.S. and live the American dream; now I proudly have dual citizenship and both nationalities, American and Mexican. Upon moving to San Francisco, California, I continued my studies which led me to my purpose in life, and with luck, I met Larry Stebbins, my husband of 21 years. He and I have many things in common, from showing me how to run a real estate company to how to renovate a property. It has been a blessing to have met Larry.
